Not the perfect fit? Changed your mind? No worries. We offer 100% free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery with prepaid return labels provided.
365-Day Guarantee
We build our gear to last. If you experience any manufacturing defects (such as unraveling stitching or peeling print) within 365 days, we will replace it free of charge.
01. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a full refund or a hassle-free exchange within our 30-day window, your returned items must meet the following criteria:
- The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags, including holographic security tags, must remain attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
jerseys customized with specific names, numbers, or unique player/patch configurations are printed on-demand and are unique to you. Consequently, customized jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a physical manufacturing defect, severe printing error, or shipping mistake on our part.
02. How to Initiate Your Return
We’ve simplified our return process to get you back in the game as quickly as possible. Just follow these 4 simple steps:
- 1 Submit a Request Email our support team at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If it is a quality concern, please attach 2-3 clear photos.
- 2 Receive Your Prepaid Return Label Once approved, we will email you a prepaid, trackable return shipping label along with detailed packaging instructions.
- 3 Pack & Drop Off Pack the items securely in their original packaging, affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier location.
- 4 Get Refunded or Exchanged Once our vault warehouse inspects and processes your return, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
03. 365-Day After-Sales Guarantee
We build our gear for true fans who play hard. To ensure you shop with ultimate peace of mind, every product purchased from Pro Kit Vault is automatically covered by our industry-leading 365-Day Quality Guarantee.
If your jersey experiences any of the following issues within 365 days of your purchase date, we will send you a brand new replacement or issue a full store credit—no return of the damaged item required:
- Unraveling seams or split stitching.
- Premature peeling, cracking, or lifting of printed letters/numbers.
- Severe fabric degradation under normal wash-and-wear conditions.
*Note: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper washing (e.g., using high-heat dryers), pet damage, or natural wear and tear.*
04. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing policies.
