How can I track my package?
Once dispatched, you can track your shipment directly on our Track Order page using your Order ID and email address, or via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Are custom-printed jerseys eligible for return?
Due to the personalized nature of custom shirts (featuring custom names, personal numbers, or bespoke badges), custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a wrong size, misprinted name, or damaged item, please email us high-resolution photos of the product and packing label. We will immediately arrange a free replacement shipment or full refund.
